Menieres Diagnosis
After having a couple of vertigo attacks and continued daily dizziness and nausea I spoke to my ENT consultant on a phone consultation He seems to think I might have menieres and when I asked what test they would do all he said was a hearing test. Surely there are more tests than that . Is this right

What do you do to loose your belly fat ?
Hello everyone! I really struggle to loose my belly fat. I manage to loose weight when I stay in track of my weight loss goal. But for me it’s so hard to see my waist line going down. I know there is no easy path but I would like to hear your experiences, success stories or whatever your experiences

Major attack of self doubt
I'm still morbidly obese, still too large to shop in normal clothes shops and still too heavy to do all the things I want to do, the self doubt that I'm gonna collapse back into the cycle of
binge
eating
and no exercise is quite strong atm. I hope it passes soon.

Rejected from Eating Disorder Sevices
So my GP refered me to eating disorder service after 3 years of trying to stop vomiting and eating on the daily. But eating disorder services rejected me because apparently my eating disorder is due to a personality disorder but I really need help. I can’t keep throwing up 7 times a day I feel so trapped

IBS and liquid meal replacement
Has any one tried these liquid meal replacements to increase weight? When I have a flare up I don't want (or dare) to eat much and I really need to replace lost weight. They are not cheap but I wonder if they are worth while

Polymorphic light eruption?
Hi all, hope you are all keeping ok, can I ask your advice please? Got blisters/hot/itchy skin on arms and feet only. I had sun cream on arms but not on feet and both areas affected the same. Where my flip flops had been there is no rash/blisters. Never had this before, only just finished an 8 week

Can I do anything about excessive facial sweating, which I have been told is due to the Fibro?
Honestly, it's so bizarre. The act of simply getting dressed, as an example, causes my face to literally drip sweat. The rest of me is fine, so I can't even label it as a hot flush as I don't sweat anywhere else, until I start to do something more strenuous. It's embarrassing, messy, I carry wet wipes

Feeling of skipped beats, primarily when lying down at night is happening more frequently lately? (post ablation for SVT 6 years prior)
I can't really see any other triggers because occasionally I can be stressed and or have a
binge
day where maybe I'm
eating
too much sugar but this won't happen at all. Even when I'm not feeling any stress or anxiety.

Sweating
I have been recently diagnosed with Stage A CLL. No other issues other than the increased white blood cell count. On W&W. Concern I have is about sweating. I get clammy and then sweaty when doing light exercise or become hot. Concerned that this also happens at night. Is this associated with Night Sweats

Think I might have caused it by
binge
eating
some crisps when I was feeling emotional, and eating too many legumes and beans recently with not enough meat or fish. I've also been drinking a lot of diet pop to try and come off sugary things.

Gluten free apple tart
Hi everyone, I made this apple tart with the base made with cooked wild rice mixed with an egg and then blind baked it for about 15 mins before I covered 3 Bramley apples lightly stewed with chia seeds and a little brown sugar. I put flaked almonds on top and baked for another 20 mins and am looking
