Blood test are good. Can anyone discover reason for sweating being in doors in about 24degrees Troon temperature 24/7 in cold weather, but when it gets warmer the body adjusts normal... anyone has discovered something similar?
Thanks 😊

When most of us start on Ibrutinib we usually have lots of CLL cells in our blood and even more in our nodes, spleen & liver. In the first few days & weeks of Ibrutinib treatment, the drug quickly forces many CLL cells out of the nodes and spleen into the blood. This disturbance can cause the cells to release cytokines, which is similar to our body's fever reaction to infections like flu, etc. (I tend to have a skin rash reaction to starting new treatments- probably also cytokine related).

I hope that your initial reactions become milder over time, as your ALC / Lymph number declines steadily.
Hi, I am happy to find someone near my age, 82, with Cll. I have been on WW since fall of 2019.Due to enlarged nodes in the abdomen they say it is time for treatment. Having a
difficult time deciding since I jave afib and on blood thinners, that limits the possibilities . I am anxious to follow your progress and side effects. I do have trouble with feeling too hot when the room isnt overly warm.
Hi Lene84. I have a problem with sweating. Not on treatment as Early stage A, CLL. For some time I have a a problem with sweating. I notice that going for normal walks doing DIY jobs or being in a very warm room would cause me to get clammy then increase to sweats if the walk got longer or job bigger. I first noticed it when the days became colder. I also sweat at night when I get warm. All bloods and CT scan ware fine. Still trying to understand why so will infirm the site if I ever get an answer.
