Shocked by BH test results...advice please.
Hi... I've been self mediating with ndt (thyroid s) since Oct last year and have felt loads better. Although I am tired and have joint pain still. I had low ferritin a while back and so supplement 3 x 200mg ferrous sulphate. Looks like I've really over done it! I also supplement Jarrow b12 5000 mg,

Total LAVH hysterectomy with adhesiolysis - still in pain
Hi. I hope someone can help me. I had decades of pelvic pain which was helped by my taking the combined pill in my 20s (not allowed it post 30 due to migraines....). I had several pelvic ultrasound scans which didn't show anything untoward and a laparoscopy in 2007 which showed no signs of endometriosis

My father who is 95 has asymptomatic metastatic castrate – resistant (hormone – refractory) prostate cancer. Apparently, Lupron Depot is no longer controlling his prostate cancer. His PSA has increased from 1.8 to 15.8 and the CT scan shows a spot on his right hip. The spot has been there since 2012

Advice please
Hi. I'm new to the group and looking for some advice please. I've had various hypo symptoms for a very long time but have put most of them down to stresses of everyday life. Living with Metastatic Prostate Cancer
My story starts with a colonoscopy in 2008. A small lump was discovered on my prostate so I went to an Urologist who recommended a biopsy. My PSA at the time was 2.1. At that time I did what the doctor ordered. The biopsy was perform in his office and was extremely painful to me. I do believe that

Hi I was wandering if anybody could help me please, I'm feeling so poorly. I found out in November that I was anaemic; serum ferritin - 6ng/mL (10-300). Also I found out I had low vitamin D, 19. I started on Ferrous Sulphate 3 times a day, but I could only tolerate 2 a day. I have had terrible stomach

Punished by my Chemist LOL .
I've been complaining about a medication the chemist been giving me but I've been still ticking the box for another week and because of that they didn't give me my 10 Valium I get which helps with my PTSD when it gets a bit to much. I cant blame them I haven't been thinking just doing if that makes sense

There have been debates here there and everywhere lately about the possible benefits of Epsom salts. A dear friend tried them and they MADE ME get some ( I HATE baths BUT I am not one to close the door on any opportunity for progression!!). Me being me, I got the super family sized tub ( 5 kilos) and
