I use 2 tea cups full, under a hot running tap. I soak for 20 minutes at least.  Speaking of cups, I have a cuppa tea or coffee to sup while I'm in there.  Bliss!

Thank you.. I don't drink tea or coffee (not being healthy just don't like it) but think I stuck it out for about 15 mins... Need to look for bulk buy as my local boots selling only in small tubs!!! X

Oh I know!  I said that Boots should stock the stuff in bulk containers, not just that titchy pot for upset stomachs.  Holland and Barret charge an arm and a leg!  I got mine from the pet shop. Mine is labelled for equine use!  Nay!

I use 3 cups to have any effect. It really does work but don't expect the results till the next day ( as in getting out of bed the day after a long run is transformational!!)

And I soak for 15 minutes and usually watch something on my iPad and have a green tea 🍵

Thanks for posting, this seems like a tip I have been missing out on. Going to give it a whirl! I use arnica bath stuff from boots sometimes which helps too

I saw big pouches for sale in home bargains today, that may be an economical way to buy them

Going to have to try this myself, thanks for the prompt
