Displaying signs of anemia but bloods are negative.
I've attached the rest of my blood results that were delayed. (Had to reply to myself because I don't know how to add more than one). My doctor said that she can't see anything wrong in my blood tests, but I'm experiencing signs of anemia. I forgot to mention in my original post that the whites of my

Recommendation for b12 supplement -feeling overwhelmed
What are you recommendation to start vit b12 supplements? Forum advised me to start with b12 and add B complex after a few weeks. Have I got that right? I’m currently awaiting results from GP on antibody test for B12. I’m not sure what is being tested exactly. And because I’ve been waiting so long

Pressure in head
Is this a b12 thing? I've been injecting for a few months. Methylcobalamin. I have ME and have had a pressure in my forehead feeling on and off for years, e.g. I rest my forehead against kitchen cupboards for relief... Washing up is a good opportunity! But now that's got more continuous, and all over

Hello. I’m new here.
Hello RLS forum. I’m new here. I’m already learning a lot from reading your posts and responses. I could quickly tell that it is mostly women on this forum. It is a kinder and gentler place than the Parkinson’s forum with predominately older men. What a relief! I have anxiety which is greatly worsened

Iron Deficiency Help!
Hi. Back in January I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and was put on supplements for 3 months, and then to have a follow up blood test a month after finishing the supplements. 17 hour flight
I have been invited to a wedding in Louisiana later this year. My RLS is still problematic but manageable at home with Buprenorphine and Pregabalin and walking around / standing up. I am doubtful about the 17 hours flights. I can't ever remember going that long without several attacks of RLS. I've
