I was concerned about infection so I went to docs and he did a swab and prescribed me some "preventative"
antibiotics
but said he didn't believe it was infected so I'm currently 3 days into those
antibiotics
. I want some advice about the appearance of it as I'm worried but may not need to be.

Rash on leg
I have pushed for my mum to go in for IV
antibiotics
, hoping it will be better. When on chemo, she developed neutropenia sepsis which has now effected her blood counts. My mum has developed a rash on the base of her legs, which she has developed before, which went. Please see photo.

seven weeks post OHS
My chest also feels heavy at times and last week I had pain in my wisdom tooth, I have
antibiotics
for pericarditis which is appearing much better. This probably sounds silly but has anyone else experienced this, or is it just a coincidence?

New to Tinnitus
I have a burst ear drum and have finished a course of 7 days of
antibiotics
. The sound is constant and I can't sleep. I have locked myself away for a week now and haven't left home because I feel a bit scared and anxious.

advice for newbie
Kept making a pain of myself at GPs and eventually got respiratory referral and subsequent diagnosis after lots of short term
antibiotics
. I’ve also had asthma since birth and Multiple Sclerosis diagnosed ten years ago.

high temperatures?
One IV dose of
antibiotics
and 3 oral doses later. I feel back to normal but my temperature won’t go down, 37-5* - 38.5*. I don’t know what my normal temperature is and as one of many liver functions is influencing body temperature, do we generally run higher than people without liver disease?

Why?!
Back on
antibiotics
as well. We've come away, probably do tracheotomy on Monday. Dr says he's back to square one and there were two drs and a nurse looking serious and hooking him up to everything again. He is a good man, why is this happening to him. Dr can't even say he'll recover 😭

Resuming tapering after a sick day week
I am nearly at the end of a week on
antibiotics
for cellulitis during which I increased pred from 3mg to 8. The PMR has been quiet all that time. My question is, a week ago I was about to start a slow taper from 3 to 2.5.
