I have found the perfect combination of meds, life style, and exercise for me.
For the last 4 days for the first time in 11 years i have been Parkinson's free. I hope it last for a while. All i did was to take my meds every 3 hours vs 4 hours 24 hours a day. I have slept all night except to take my meds. I exercise 6 times a week eat small meals and try not to worry about anything

Natural remedies to help the pain
Anyone have any luck with any essential oils, supplements, diets or anything else to help aliviate the pain. I'm desperate. Tylonal and ibuprofen are not helping. Heat pack helps temporarily.

Intro- First time post
I feel foggy. Like I'm drunk, or hungover, or on cold medicine. Headaches, lightheadedness, fatigue. This is my 13th year of this, and I have been worked up for EVERYTHING!!! I've seen MD's and Naturopathic physicians. For a while I thought I had an autoimmune "sticky blood" issue, but top LA rheumy

Big GFR Improvement
Hi, I was diagnosed with CKD in Jan 16 with a GFR of 56. I was really shocked. Since then I have made massive life style changes - walking 4 miles per day, stopping alcohol (I used to drink too much), stopping caffeine, stopping eating processed food. Now I eat only natural food, drink 2-4 tea spoons

Do you follow your Doctor's instructions on meds or do you experiment with dose and time.
For me i would be in sad shape if i did not try things. I have saved a lot of meds from when i changed doses and types. I came up with my current dose cycle and my Doctor reviewed it and changed my Rx. I have now decreased my time from 4 to 3 hours and have improved a lot my down time has been cut in

Not all fish oils are the same!
As some of you know I have always been symptom free. That is until I got a different brand of fish oil.. then I developed joint/ heart pain. I tried the new brand for only couple of days then had to be switched back and now feeling fine again. I was surprised this occurred but glad it seems to have passed

Results and T3
Hi, I wonder if someone could advise me on my results Serum cortisol 377 nmol/L (171-536) FT3 4.2 pmol/L (3.1-6.8) FT4 19.7 pmol/L (12-22) TSH 2.21 mIU/L (0.27-4.2) These have all been deemed normal and no action by GP, T4 to be checked in 8 weeks to ensure I do not go overactive. I had a thyroidectomy

Evening Primrose Oil Treated My Visual Ophthalmic Migraines
I'm 41 now (Male). I had never even had a serious headache before but at age 35 I suddenly had my first visual / ophthalmic migraine. Note that I was working long hours (16h a day) on PC at the time, so eye strain was an obvious culprit. The migraine started as blurred central vision and I couldn't read

My story (very resumed!) and maybe you can help with something?
Hello! I'm suffering from, even though I wasn't diagnosed, what I think is IBS-C. It all begun when at the same time that my life changed: I started new job, I moved to a busy city (London) I started a new relationship, and all of this reflected in my diet and lifestyle. My water intake decreased

Ned some advice on good things for my electric burner.
I used to love incense and scented candles but I don't feel happy using either anymore as I read somewhere that these are not good if you have Emphasyma which I do. I have stopped using any sort of aerasoles and don't like Glade plug ins and they smell synthetic so I plumped for a Glade electric burner
