Experimenting with Supplements for Pins and Needles

For the past 18 months I have been trying out different supplements for peripheral neuropathy. Some of them provide temporary improvement but then it is back to business as usual. Some of them had adverse side effects too. I was wondering in anyone has experimented with supplements. I have been carefully recording my experiment during this time too (my own little research!). So far I have tried Primrose Oil, D3, B1, Alpha Lipoic acid, Fish Oil, Coenzyme Q10, Benfotiamine, Turmeric, and Neuroplex. Ironically it was Primrose oil that provided the most benefit but it gave me gynecomastia, as it enhances estrogen and I am a guy, Alpha Lipoic Acid was also very helpful for a few weeks,

Have you seen your doctor about being tested for vitaminB12 deficiency It a cause ofperiperal neuropathy

As wedgewood says, have you seen your GP or a specialist and had tests (including blood tests) to try to work out why you have peripheral neuropathy? There are many causes for example diabetes and B12 deficiency.

I forgot to mention that the root cause is PA and I get monthly B12 shots.

I find rubbing in a cream called " AKILWINTER" helps as much as any tablets.
