Worried about husband....
He does have a problem staying asleep but nightly
amitriptyline
helps this. During the next few months we went to our local hearing centre to try a generic hearing aid with a tinnitus masker. That didn't help at all.

Question really, I take Gabapentin and
amitriptyline
for permanent nerve damage in my arm, will my thyroid meds (when I get them) interact with them or will it be ok? Thanks

Advice, help and thoughts please as feeling increasingly desperate! :'(
Although I also take
Amitriptyline
this is for pain relief at night and I've not been on any medication (specifically for depression) for about a year or more. About a year ago I had a burning, tingling sensation just below my knee and part way down the front of one of my legs.

Does anyone know why you can't take Imigran/Sumatriptan while pregnant in the UK?
I usually have Botox but obviously haven't been able to have that for over a year and I'm on 40mg ( down from 150mg) of
Amitriptyline
which my neurologists has sanctioned. I have chronic migraines amongst other things.

Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and head injury
Even the treatment is the same neuro inhibitors /anti depressants like
Amitriptyline
/ Gabapentin. Previously it was deemed to be a psychological problem but has now been accepted as being an actual symptom. / I started me wondering how many people are misdiagnosed with either symptom ?

Gabapentin - for sleep not pain?
My fatigue has improved a bit since starting on
amitriptyline
(up to 30mg), but it remains a big problem. He has now prescribed gabapentin to further improve sleep quality. However, I am nervous about taking yet another powerful medication, especially as I have NO PAIN symptoms.

Medicine advice
I've been managing my pain symptoms with
amitriptyline
and meptid, but when I have a flare up these don't seem to help at all. I'm right in the middle of a flare right now (it hurts everywhere š¢), and have made an appointment to see the GP next week.

nerve end pain
I take Lyrica and also
amitriptyline
as well as citalopram to help me deal with it. The only thing is I have put on loads of weight and know that Lyrica is the main reason. I have had pneumonia which I am constantly monitoring and also heart trouble.

Legalise cannabis as treatment of last resort for MS, says charity
I was prescribed Modafinil, Gabapentin, Amantadine, Valium and
Amitriptyline
. "Can I take them all at the same time?", I joked. "Oh yes, no problem", he said.

Advice on painkillers please?
He gave me a script for
Amitriptyline
(1 tablet before I go to bed) instead and advised Paracetamol āif I neededā throughout the day. First, let me say that I used to take 2 Co-dydramol before bed and used to take as/when required in the day.
