New stronger pain after Block CT guided! Help

I did 6 days ago a nerve block CT guided bilateral in the Alcock canal plus the two ligaments. I arrived at the hospital after a lot of rest in bed, and I was virtually pain free. (I am on 150mg ×2 of Lyrica and 10mg of Amitriptyline).

After the injection a new pain started and now all the right part of my gluteus, perineum up to the penis are painful. I never experienced that before. I have been lying in bed for 5 days with no improvements, but on the contrary it seems to get worse. What can be the cause of it? The steroids? Or the might have touched with the needle the nerve? I cannot sit walk or lye confortable because of this new pain. I am really worried. Any advice is welcome

Where did you get the block done?

In Belgium.

After two weeks I had no improvements. Anyone has any idea or advice to give? The doctor who performed the block told me it is possible to have pain due to haematoma close to the nerve. Is it possible the heamatoma has not healed yet?
