Hi

This was a life saver for me but have come off it as have long qt 480ms. Didn't tolerate Nadolol BB.

I used it for stress anxiety migraine aura and sleep.

Any ideas what I could use instead, preferably not meds

Thanks just tried gabapentin but had issues with it making me more depressed than when I started
