My anxiety was improving....now Its making me think i have ALS
However it also turns out that this can be the the first symptoms of
ALS
. i kept reading but i had to stop as it started to scare me. Now i feel like i have it. I looked at the symptoms and twitching and spasms can also be symptoms, which i also have.

Twitching?
Of course, it's got me freaking out, thinking this is going to stay for months, or even be a sign of
ALS
or Parkinson's. I've had twitches before, but never in this spot. Anyone experience this?

Update- Diagnosis turned out to Guillain Barre Syndrome
The neurologist examined him and said he thought it was Guillain Barre Syndrome but had to rule out MS and
ALS
. So, after a CT scan, a spinal tap, MRI and a nerve conduction test, he declared it to definitely be Guillain Barre.

Twitches from anxiety
when I saw "TUMOR,
ALS
" as possibilities. I then saw that it could be caused from severe anxiety and that tremors throughout the entire body could be possible. I'd like to think that because I always clamp my mouth shut and grind my teeth all the time, that maybe my muscles are just exhausted?

Husband and wife both diagnosed with rare neurological diseases?
But to make the situation even more painful and confusing, her husband has been sick for the past year as well with vague but growing neurological symptoms, and was just this week diagnosed with
ALS
(Lou Gehrig's disease).

Summoned due to test results
I've had a phone call to go to the Doc to discuss my blood results. Apart from the high B12 (jab 2 weeks before) and the high Folate (was high on previous test too), I can't see anything out of range, unless I'm missing something obvious, unless they are worried about the Folate. Normal Doc is off sick

Frustrated and Helpless
I have two grandparents who had MS, and one who had
ALS
. I will be getting an MRI in a few weeks to look at my skull for any issues, like lesions.
