Twitching?

I've had eye twitches before, that have lasted for weeks. I was able to put them down to eye strain and lack of sleep after having my daughter, and I got glasses since. Now, today my left arm bicep is twitching like crazy. Since about 8 am, and now it's 2:00 pm... still twitching away. I can see it, when it jumps, like a ripple on my arm. Sometimes my entire bicep jiggles like I've been flicked with a finger. Of course, it's got me freaking out, thinking this is going to stay for months, or even be a sign of ALS or Parkinson's. I've had twitches before, but never in this spot. Anyone experience this? I lifted a few cases of water yesterday and carried them about 20 feet (6 cases of 32 bottles each).. but that's about the extent of any physical activity. Any words of wisdom or even opinions are welcome.

Hey just thought I'd give my two pence worth lol

I've had twitchy eyes in the past, they usually last a good few months before they go, however my eyes started to twitch constantly again it's been a few months, whilst the twitching in the eyes has calm down, the twitching has spread to the rest of my face and body!

Sometimes it's my lip or calf or thigh, it's really annoying!

I've just been to my doctor and had some bloods done yesterday so will wait for the result, my doctor thinks I could have a deficiency of something,

I'll let you know either way, although it is greatly annoying try not to panic, easier said then done I know!

May have to do with low magnesium. Magnesium is important for a lot of things. May be worth checking into
