Biotin for hair thinning and loss - dosage advice please?
I have read several postings about taking biotin to improve hair condition and regrowth and have looked through the FAQs but am unable to find any help on dosage. It seems that anything from 30 micro grams to 10,000 is available to buy, without any guidelines as to how much is advisable daily. Given

Hi, I've tried taking this in water, juice and mashed banana with a touch of milk and find it impossible. Has anyone tried putting it in glycerine capsules and drinking plenty of water? My itch is driving me nuts!!!! Hope you're all keeping well

Ever feel like you can't win?
Bad day at work. I'm burned out at my job, and have been seriously struggling with it for at least two years. You may ask, why don't I find something else? Valid question. I don't have skills to get anything else meaningful outside of something like retail/cashier. My mental and emotional health cannot

Rivaroxaban
Hi guys. I’ve got my ablation coming up on the 16th of august 😬 still not dancing on the ceiling about it but slowly getting my head around it. I’ve got a question about rivaroxaban. I’ve been told to start taking this tomorrow but they didn’t mention how much to take? Due to my age (35) I don’t

Creamy, Healthy Carrot Soup
Had to make something with with all the leftover carrots I had from my potato soup. First time for me. Combined two recipes. A little garlicky but not overpowering. Onions, fresh ginger, vegetable stock. No cream added, but plenty thick. Forgot the crusty bread at the grocery store so used fig and olive

Buprenorphine Tablets
Regarding the request about knowledge of Buprenorphine tablets in India, I cannot help with that since I’m in the USA; however, I have two or three years of experience with Buprenorphine pain patches in the strengths of 5 mcg and 7.5 mcg per hour. Unfortunately, I have not found it useful in reducing

Abelacimab shown to be an effective blood clot treatment
A potentially game-changing treatment for people with, or at risk of, blood clots has been found effective by an international team of researchers led by McMaster University’s Jeffrey Weitz. Weitz’s team compared abelacimab with enoxaparin as a control drug in 412 patients undergoing knee replacement

Recently diagnosed with pcos. 🥲 since I stopped having periods in December 2020. And I have noticed my hair reduced significantly in volume
Can anyone relate and help me. I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS since I stopped having periods in December 2020. I suffer with mostly all symptoms especially noticed my hair volume and wide parting and noticeable scalp! I will give up work if it gets worst. The doctor didn’t seem to help me when I said

Dandruff!
Has anyone else got dandruff of the shins? My legs get very shiny then crack and the skin looks like a million scales. They flake off then it starts again! Use moisturising shower gel, endless creams but can’t stop it. Tried posting photo on iPhone but no joy even though I have adequate signal. D

Myo-inositol - Random Wondering
Lately I've been feeling better (diagnosed with REMSBD, not PD) and with my kitchen sink attitude towards supplements it can be hard to tell why. One of my "way out on a limb" protocols is taking 100 mg of selenium with 750 mg of Myo-Inositol every day. I take these together because I saw a study on

Is anyone else taking rhodiola rosea?
Hubby has been taking rhodiola now for a month, 1 per day for 2 weeks then 2 per day. He is doing very well this winter considering usually winter is when he falls to pieces. He is better than he has been for 5 winters! He is laughing, proactively doing things, and is interested in things. The rhodiola

CT scan results
Hi all, I had a CTPA on 27th May and have just seen the results (or radiologists comments) - lung parenchyma generally of increased density, compatible with a semi-expiratory scan acquisition. Minor atelectasis in the lingula. No other significant lung leision or other pathology demonstrated. Normal
