Deranged numbers

Hi

I have always had deranged levels with my liver 2017 biopsy said zero negative AIH started prednisone numbers didnt change much ...pain in right side but low down...April numbers under levels... Sept Alt 74 and ALP 207 saw consultant who now wants to do more bloods as he now thinks its PBC anyone else not on meds and had levels all over the place ..I dont drink either..thankyou

Long before diagnosis and being prescribed URSO my blood levels were very high. My GP blamed alcohol consumption, asked me not to drink anything for about 2 months. Re did the bloods which still came back all over the place, I was referred to a hepatologist and received my diagnosis. I have been on URSOdeoxycholic acid since 2006 and my blood levels are usually within parameters. I still enjoy a glass of wine but never drink spirits but then PBC is not caused by alcohol but is an auto immune disease and the guidance from my hepatologist was to follow the government guidelines.
