Roller-coaster 🎢
I think I have just experienced the worst 24 hours of itching in my life, I am red raw, sore, very tired and feeling sorry for myself which I hope everyone realises I don't do very often.... And I am definitely putting down to the increase of my advagraf as it begins a few hours after I take them,

I was recently diagnosed with wet macular degeneration, I am 38 years old. I am receiving injections and I am wondering how much pain afterward is normal. For a full day or longer I feel as tho my eye is simultaneously on fire and about to explode. That is as close to describing it as I can. It is to

Rehab?
Has anybody here successfully gone through rehab after falling off the wagon? I told my consultant at the time that allowing me to cut down wouldn't work - it's like dangling a carrot in front of a starving donkey - but he asked me to try anyway. Well, I've been trying for a year, and getting nowhere

Heart bypass and valve replacement
I was in hospital yesterday for an angiogram. Last year during a routine ECG pre cataract surgery, it was evident that I had suffered a "silent" heart attack. An echocardiogram revealed a problem with my mitral valve. Further tests now indicate that damage to my mitral valve is not mild to moderate as

If anyone has any suggestions or know of anything that might help a sufferer of Charles Bonnet Syndrome - who is having constant extremely disturbing hallucinations, which are disrupting their daily activities and preventing them getting a good nights sleep. Hello. I am almost 67 year old male, having been reasonably fit for a long time, but this last 5months has presented some health issues, firstly in November I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, thankfully it was benign, but it restricted my fitness, not being able to pleasure cycle for about 6 weeks

Changing diet
Hi I've been diagnosed with fatty liver disease and told to lose weight by my GP. I am trying but wondered if anyone out there has been told specifically what to eat/not eat by a Dr/dietician. Are there specific foods that affect liver surprisingly, for example? I drink a lot of herbal tea but not sure

I know members here have used the CT3M method successfully, and I'd love to hear about your experiences. I managed to wean myself off Medrol (prescribed for adrenal fatigue in late 2011) about a year ago. HC never worked for me as it metabolised too quickly. I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue based
