Yes there is such a thing as Non-Alcohol Related Fatty Liver Disease which can be due to obesity, poorly controlled diabetes and a whole host of other issues. You will find details on NAFLD and how to change your lifestyle to help slow down or even reverse the condition on the British Liver Trust website at:- britishlivertrust.org.uk/li...
One thing even with NAFLD you will still need to stop drinking, even if your fatty liver disease isn't due to alcohol still taking alcohol on top of a fatty liver will certainly contribute to the condition getting worse.
How alcohol affects the liver can be found at:- britishlivertrust.org.uk/li...
Hope that helps, indeed there is lots of amazing and useful information on the British Liver Trust main website which will help in your liver journey.

I have heard of it. I developed cirrhosis because i am diabetic which i was really surprised when i was told. I know it would be hard to quit drinking but you need to before your problem gets worse. It is a short way into getting cirrhosis. Maybe you could stop it from getting worse.
