Hi Kljo. I saw your previous post about Terry nails. The majority of advice was to get checked out by your GP. Symptoms like spider naevi, and Terry nails can be a symptom and sometimes are not. I had a liver transplant and with cirrhosis I had neither of those. And from your descriptions and pictures it's likely not either anyway.
I'm no medic so I'm not going to tell you you're fine, and even if I did I suspect you'll continue worrying. However I can say my gut feeling is that you're not suffering liver disease but may have anxiety, either way get checked out.
I thought that my heals to my feet were red but not hands
Yes my hands don't look red but my feet are so red.
Hi kijo, I did see your last post regarding your nails. I have cirrhosis 9 yrs now yet my nails look fine. I do have burning in my left foot and pins and needles in my left hand, also my tongue goes numb. I had a nerve test done but came back negative, so my hepetologist has written to my dr to get me referred back for further tests and MRI as I possibly have neuropathy along with the hepatic encephalopathy. If you are unsure go back to see you doctor ☺
