Bad news
Prior to this I was able to spend time in gym daily and I was able to do
aerobics
, steps yoga etc. I never got the pain when I did these exercises. Only when I jogged I had the pain. I had the stress test done last Tuesday and since then I am unable to function.

Beginner at 60
Have been quite fit most of my life gyms/
aerobics
etc. But tried running about 30 yrs ago and felt like there was blood at the back of my throat, in retrospect I think I was running too far and too fast. I just sort of hobble along now, saw my shadow it does look ridiculous.

Having a willpower wobble!
Yesterday I still went for a 30 min walk and 30 min bike ride and 30 min adapted
aerobics
- only doing moves that didn't agitate or stretch my calf. My mind is in two! To rest completely or try to do some exercise. To give up this week or try to stick with everything!

My knees ache a bit, not painful, just achey, it’s both knees which makes me less anxious, I did an
aerobics
class last night, perhaps I should of left a day in between before tonight’s run?

Not good in the mornings
I'd still feel a bit shaky sometimes, e.g. after aqua
aerobics
or similar. In April 2018 I was put on 5mg Amlopodine, as I had a spike in my blood pressure (that's all I take apart from the daily 75mg dispersable aspirin).

Weight loss and life balance!
Some home
aerobics
daily and another 2 mile walk sat and sun (so 4 miles on weekends) I have since got a treadmill (mechanical) which allows me to not always have to go out. In order to fit in more study time I now do the run three times a week. Swimming Wednesday's.

I finally understand the rest days!
I still do other exercise, swimming once a week and
aerobics
and some walking (not running) on my treadmill. The
aerobics
is a high-intensity 15 mins home session and really helps strengthen my core. And weird thing?

How I got to "undetectable" PSA
I go to the gym almost every day, alternating between intermittent high intensity
aerobics
on a stationary bicycle or elliptical trainer, weight machines (I’ve been trying the slow-weight method), and walking (averaging 4-5 miles a day). I still get occasional hot flashes but they are manageable.

Should I do week 6 again from run 1?
Tuesday I just did some
aerobics
. Today I went for a walk to see how it would feel and it was fine. And the this evening I've been swimming. So I kinda rested it but still used it if you know what I mean lol. However I'm a little dubious about going straight into 25 mins running?

Exercise is not as good as we thought
Example, a one hour
aerobics
class and a fifteen minute walk to work. Protective?? er... no MAY INCREASE HEART RISK https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/319781.php?sr&fbclid=IwAR0lKiQHF_Sk4ueo8bFLybdkIEl_nXCKL3nlElSZu3PVB03ErciF-9Ods7U Now where’s that remote...

How do you prevent aches and pains during the cold season?
arthritic conditions during the cooler months, individuals need to plan physical activities that are easy to do during winter, such as: •Walking indoors, such as around shopping centers •Household chores, like vacuuming •Playing with children •Swimming indoors, such as Hydrotherapy •Taking an

Need help with burning calories ideas!
A 15 mins
aerobics
workout 4 times a week and I just added cycling twice a week. For my diet - my TDEE is supposed to be like 2100 a day - I consume roughly 1700 calories three days a week, 800 calories twice a week (instead of 500 which is the norm for 5.2) and weekends upto 1900 calories.

My pulsatile tinnitus, tinnitus, anxiety and wanting to face my fear
I want to go for a run or do an
aerobics
class. But I fear doing anything that might cause the pulsatile tinnitus to start again, or that might make the current tinnitus worse. And the whole time I'm thinking, if you're not exercising then you're arteries are going to be clogging up.

Advice needed
I'm usually very fit 2 x 45 min step
aerobics
workouts, 20 min swim and 2 hours walking 5 days per week. At the moment I can do 1 workout but have to stop for a break every 15 mins. I eat so well yet I'm gaining weight. My mother has had 2 thyroid ops.

29lbs lost! Whoop!
I now also do a 15 mins fat burn
aerobics
routine daily and a hour swim once a week. C25K has turned me into a fitness freak lol I've still got a long way to go (another 56lbs or 4 stone to lose to be a healthy BMI) but for the first time in my life I can see it is possible and totally achievable!

aerobics
video daily from YouTube. I began jogging a little on my walks which i do 2 miles a day and 4 miles Saturday and Sunday.
