18 months ago had AF quite out of the blue never knew I had it...Cardio thing done successfully... Off all medication apart from 1 Ramipril a day....Have the dry hacking cough sometimes....Have lost a stone in weight... Need to lose 3 more really to feel at my best. But why doesn’t it budge so annoying.... Have Personal Trainer twice a week, swim twice a week. Do Pilates, Yoga, Aqua Aerobics do the Rower in the Gym....Get my Pulse High working out and goes right back down....Each session I do I can burn 350-500 Calories as I record on my Apple Watch....My Consultant said when off Bisoprolol I will lose because it slows the Metabolic Rate....but the weight just budges the odd Kilo!!!

OK I’ve lost inches, but it’s disheartening when you get on the scales because an so careful, I do MFP (My Fitness Pal). I am 63 just wonder if it’s part of the long term issues with the Menopause...

Anyone got any answers?
