Exercise to Lower Blood Sugar

I do aqua aerobics up to five times a week at my gym. It is harder to get space on all the classes I want since lockdown as they are limiting numbers in the pool. My favourite class is Aqua Zumba. When I test my BG straight afterwards, it usually is always lower. If it is a particularly strenuous class eg HIIT, then I have been known to go slightly into a hypo. in the past.
