Anxiety's Bluff
Because of these fearful thoughts, your amygdala or lizard brain believes you are under threat and triggers the release of more
adrenaline
. It is doing what it thinks is necessary to keep you safe.

adrenaline

Is running good for you?
If you ask my husband or daughter - or maybe my father once he reads the email - they will emphatically say 'NO'!!! But, despite everything, I beg to differ. It's hot today. Inspired by the lovely Frenc and sparky66 I decided the only way to safely fit a run in was to get out uncharacteristically

Waking up at 2am
For the past week I have been waking up in middle of the night suddenly feeling very tensed up and remain awake with the odd doze until morning. I feel very jittery, which I think is increased adrenalin. I think PMT might have triggered it, but it isn't stopping. I have an underactive thyroid and take

Is it better to pretend someone is chasing you or not?
Question, is it better to pretend someone is chasing you or not? Y'know it gives you adrenalin so you run faster but like is it working your heart as much?

So afraid
Then a week ago whilst on holiday abroad he was fishing, caught a fish, had an
adrenaline
rush & heart beating fast happened again & he was terrified. Called ambulance, who said not a heart attack, pulse was about 110 (it’s normally 65) and BP was 180/100.

Medication Side-Effects Are Scary

Ectopics beats
They are so forceful though and off one il get an
adrenaline
rush that goes through my body and an overwhelming feeling of panic at the same time. I’ve been told 2 years ago that structurally my heart is fine but these are now ruining my life as I’m constantly waiting for the next one to happen.

A quick update on my fibro, #backfromhellithink. 😀
(Can’t shake the sickie feeling when hungry or smelling food) (old ulcer/
adrenaline
substrate. ) but I still need 4000 cals a day in chocolate n cake as normal food just leaves my battery flat. ( high metabolism). Cramps. Stopped. Sweats.

🦋 We have the possibility of buying some places in this
adrenaline

Sex drive
I found the
adrenaline
rush of it all along with the sex was the best cocktail drug ever. Anyway I got caught out and we went to relationship counciling which never actually helped me but made her feel like I was never going to cheat again.

Brooks Adrenaline shoes
I have struggled with these on the last few runs. Today was a scheduled "easy" run. However, as soon as I was out the door and onto the path I was almost on my backside again. The pavements were a touch frosty but nothing severe and yet just walking was like being on an ice rink. I went back and put

News that worried us and studies that gave us hope (04/2022).
This is the information that gave us hope while my father was alive and has given hope to many since then (March 2012). 1. News that worried us. In the coming decades the number of Parkinson's disease patients is feared to increase very worryingly, to double by 2030 (Dorsey 2007) and even to triple
