Reducing Bisoprolol and medication combinations including Dapagliflozin.
Just over a week ago I reduced Bisoprolol by 2.5mg as guided by the GP so as not to shock my heart with too much
adrenaline
with a leap or sudden withdrawal. She said we could then do this for a few weeks and if all is well reduce it further to 5mg but never lower than that.

What have I got??
I’ve also had times where I’ve suffered panic attack type attacks although they don’t seem to stem from panic, more like a rush of
adrenaline
randomly (terrifying) and also very frequent hypoglycaemia. What’s my next step here?

Short general anaesthetic
I’m imagining it must be something with a form of
adrenaline
which, let’s face it, could pop me into AFib and that I don’t want. Has anyone had a quick GA? He says I’ll only be out for 5-10 mins.

Today wasn’t the best
And like these panic attacks or feeling of anxiety feel nothing like what anxiety/panic use to feel like to me when I was younger this feels more like something else going through my blood instead of
adrenaline
like I know what
adrenaline
feels like this feels like a weird sensation that comes over me

Fortnightly S&F catch-up: Are your recovery days planned or accidental?
In fact, I had one like that yesterday on a heavy work-work day, but as it was an unplanned recovery day (and does that count if office work keeps your
adrenaline
flowing?), it didn’t feel like recovery. And then my workout-diary entry for that day just stared at me blankly and empty.

Apologizing for being so negative
When I was younger they were always just the shot of
adrenaline
and omg ahhh then they were over. These are so intense and I just cant shake the feelings of fear and being scared. Not even the doctors reassurance helps me with my anxiety because at this moment my body feels so bad.

Help medications
The problem is no one knows the reason behind all of this and I get chest pain a lot and aches and pains to my heart rate increasing quite high even when doing nothing and feel like I have
adrenaline
rushes for no reason and don’t feel like I’m not being taken seriously by my health professionals .

non-adrenaline anesthesia
Hi all, I know to ask the dentist about having non-
adrenaline
injections, but I'm due to have a sedated endoscopy tomorrow and wondered if the same applies to injections in the arm? Any idea?

Adrenaline/anxiety
Took meds around 10a (later than normal) and I still feel wired, like they are kicking in again (extended release). I am also on sleeping meds, is it normal for ADHD meds to just rule out the other ones? Idk if I’ll be able to get to sleep!

Anxiety's Bluff
Because of these fearful thoughts, your amygdala or lizard brain believes you are under threat and triggers the release of more
adrenaline
. It is doing what it thinks is necessary to keep you safe.

DAY 6 of move from levothyroxine to NDT - feeling unwell
adrenaline
/cortisol rushes and tense in upper tummy with nausea coming in waves during day and night, and an odd feeling that something horrible might happen. Tinnitus has become louder also.

Is running good for you?
If you ask my husband or daughter - or maybe my father once he reads the email - they will emphatically say 'NO'!!! But, despite everything, I beg to differ. It's hot today. Inspired by the lovely Frenc and sparky66 I decided the only way to safely fit a run in was to get out uncharacteristically

Waking up at 2am
For the past week I have been waking up in middle of the night suddenly feeling very tensed up and remain awake with the odd doze until morning. I feel very jittery, which I think is increased adrenalin. I think PMT might have triggered it, but it isn't stopping. I have an underactive thyroid and take
