Adrenaline bursts

I have been experiencing ,what has now become several times daily, bursts of adrenaline for a few months now and wondering if it could be related to my endo or some kind of hormone issue. I get short rushes of adrenaline from out of nowhere, I could just be sitting watching TV, for example. It's gone within seconds. These remind me just of the rushes I used to get alongside my painless contractions when I was in pre-term labor and I would also get it when breast feeding, if that helps. Does anyone else experience this symptom, or have any light to shed?

Just as weird side note, I have bladder endo, but have been suffering kidney area pain alongside my endo (daily but worse during period) for the last year and I'm thinking kidney or ureter endo is a possibility. When I was looking at a diagram of the urinary tract i noticed the adrenal glands are on the kidneys. Could urinary tract endometriosis explain both my renal colic and adrenaline problem?

Hi, I have had similar bursts of adrenaline but only on waking which gives me tingling into both shins and ankles, it lasts a few seconds then goes again. I have had endometriosis for decades and this symptom has only been present for the last 2 years. It predated my Covid vaccines and a laparoscopy so I'm thinking it's more likely adrenal burnout due to chronic stress post bereavement rather than endometriosis but I don't know as I'm also going through menopause so my hormones are all over the place. 😀
