Zip slide over the Clyde for FMA UK

Would you like to join us in a thrilling zipline challenge over the Clyde in September? Could you launch yourself from 150ft up a crane to raise awareness of fibro and funds for FMA UK? 🦋

We have the possibility of buying some places in this adrenaline-fuelled challenge. However, we need to know how many people are interested as there would be an upfront cost to the charity.

Registration fee and minimum sponsorship terms would apply for places.

If you or anyone you know might be interested, please email us at fundraising@fmauk.org 👈

Would love to but I am a bit far away. Also might not be allowed due to 'medical conditions'. I have tried to do four parachute jumps for charity and been rejected for this reason.I have even tried to waive and responsibility whingeing "come on guys things can not get much worse for me".

I do have experience I was in the RAF cadets as a sprog and was allowed to jump then, from 14 onwards I did 12 jumps so I'm experienced. It annoys me about all that money I could have earned for charity just by floating, might have to arrange a dirty weekend near the Clyde, sliding is nearly as easy. Yes I am not scared of heights but I do not like the idea of uncontrolled falling.

If only I were younger and still able; I'd do it like a shot! But I'm not, unfortunately!
