Day One of Monitored Cycle
Morning all, as above, today is Day 21 of my cycle and I've started a 'monitored cycle' to test how much medication I will need for our egg donation cycle. Whilst I haven't missed the vile taste of the Synarel spray tricking down my throat, I actually feel a bit excited to be starting again. I have a

Accupuncture? Yay or nay?
I was curious if anyone with APS gets
acupuncture
treatments. One of my doctors told me not to but I was wondering if any of you do and if you've found it beneficial. I used to go occasionally before I was diagnosed.

Using Herbs for anxiety? Help!
The doctor didn't do
acupuncture
on me, but he did give me herbs.. A LOT OF THEM! I have to take like 24 a day lol. Is that normal? I took my 12 a few hours ago but i feel sick, is this my anxiety or is it the herbs? I know I scare myself a lot so im pretty sure that's it.

Has anyone tried
acupuncture
for PBC? I know that it is a treatment used for other autoimmune diseases. I am thinking of trying it.

Acupuncture advice?
Hello lovely people, I am looking for some recommendations of Acupuncturists in Derby and all the surrounding areas who specialises in fluid/oedema and thyroid weight gain. I have oedema all over my body and I am looking for something that might ease the pain I am in when I stand for any length of time

Has anyone tried fertility
acupuncture
? When is it best to start? I'm about to start my 2nd round of IVF. I asked the consultant and he seemed quite in favour of it, if not for scientific reasons, simply to help with relaxation.

Feeling anxious and tense-how do you manage?
What techniques do you use to help you cope, I don't want to start
acupuncture
or anything yet but have considered it and will probably do it if this round doesn't work. Thank for listening. xx

I've found some relief!
I'm also trying
acupuncture
and Dottera oils to help with the anxiety. I'm also thinking of seeing an alternative doctor, homeopathy doctor.. they're into holistic treatments.
