Essential oils and IVF
Hello, I've recently been making efforts to free my home as far as possible from environmental toxins in preparation for my next round of IVF, the book 'It starts with the egg' recommends not using plastics with BPA etc and also using fragrance free products like hand soap etc, I ordered alot of products

Turmeric Curcumin: BCM-95 or Meriva - Maybe Neither
I found BCM-95 had some
essential
oils
in it. I asked in an email, “How many mg of ar-turmerone is in the Curcumin 650mg as BCM-95?” the reply was, BCM-95 Curucumin as per supplier of the ingredient has about 4 to 4.5% total turmerones so it would be about 26mg as per that calculation.

Smell Training (Olfactory Training)
Do the
oils
need to be organic for smell training to work? No, they do not. Organic refers to the way the plant materials were grown. The use of
essential
oils
for smell training is purely as a stimulant for the sense of smell.

Rosemary Oil: A Versatile Elixir
Create a relaxing atmosphere
: Combine rosemary oil with other calming
essential
oils
like lavender for a soothing blend. To use rosemary oil in aromatherapy, add a few drops to a diffuser or inhale directly from the bottle.

bp very up and down
I do all the deep breathing and sniffing of calming
essential
oils
. Sometimes I am aware that it might have been triggered by stress but other times I cannot think of a trigger. When systolic goes up pulse pressure is much too high. Any ideas?

Epsom Salt and essential oils foot soak query
I bought these lovely Epsom salts to give myself a relaxing foot soak but then read the list of
essential
oils
and thought they might not be so good after all. 🤦♀️ I take flecainide, bisoprolol, warfarin and levothyroxine. Do foot soaks mean you absorb a lot of the

Natural remedies. Essential oils.
Have any of you used
essential
oils
to help with PBC. I have been researching the use of oils to help detox and dilate the ducts to help with releasing the bile. I want to take info to my Dr for discussion. Medication side effects have been so severe that I only take milk thistle.

how I cured my scabies
I also tried all sorts of
essential
oils
and what not. After this didn’t work, I then changed the permethrin lotion to a different brand cream. I waited until my skin was cool before applying as prior times my skin was still warm & I read that that can affect absorption.

Tips on Panic
I’ve been mediating, taking baths, going on walks, using
essential
oils
but even when the worse of the attack is gone I have this lingering shaking anxiety. I have also grown increasingly fearful of having another attacks which makes them come on instantly.

Stayin Alive with liver disease, how do we do that?
I haven't written about diet in some time and things have improved a bit for some people, but we have the next crop of victims of these crummy liver diseases on board, so a little information from the real world might be of value. First, there is no cleanse, superfood, magic pill, talisman, or faith

Could two amino acids be the missing link?
I posted this in a reply but to me this information was exciting so I wanted to post on a new post also. I have posted before that Fish oil Supplement triggered me off after almost a year of no AF. Everything I read says Fish Oil should be taken, so why does it trigger me? I am currently
