I have just come across this herbal formula which has many reviews on the benefits for chest congestion coughs, breathing problems. It has an extensive list of herbs in it. Some have been shown to be anti anxiety, anti oxidant, anti inflammatory inducing.

Might be worth a shot if you have issues in these areas. It certainly adds a lot of extra plant compounds to the diet per dose.

Horehound and Coltsfoot 208.48mg each

Pleurisy Root 41.66mg

Kumarahou Flower 33.18mg

Lobelia inflata 31.21mg (lobeline content <10ppm)

Cayenne Pepper Fruit 18.94mg

Ginger Root 18.78mg

Licorice Root 6.9mg

Plus: Menthol 18.78mg

Iodine 3.4mcg

Pure Essential Oils:

Pine Bark 8.33mg, Juniper Berry, Rosemary, Clove Bud, Cedarwood, Lemon, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus 4.16mg each.

Other Ingredients:

In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid, and Water.
