These are the results of my thyroid function test. As I have thyroid antibodies, and severe ME, please could you guys check the results and let me know if you see anything interesting:- Inflammation

CRP HS 0.288 mg/L (Range: < 3)

- Iron Status

Ferritin 89.80 ug/L (Range: 30 - 332)

Vitamins

- Folate - Serum 34.5 nmol/L (Range: > 7)

- Vitamin B12 - Active >150 pmol/L

Please note update to reference range 29 Jul 2024.

(Range: > 37.5)

- Vitamin D 156.0 nmol/L

Total 25(OH) vitamin D < 25 nmol/L is deficient.

Total 25(OH)D of 25-50 nmol/L may be inadequate in some

people.

Total 25(OH)D > 50 nmol/L is sufficient in most

individuals.

Total Vitamin D level >250 nmol/L - indicates potential

for toxicity.

Please note change of reference range 23 Oct 2022

(Range: 50 - 250)

- Thyroid Hormones

TSH 2.420 mIU/L (Range: 0.27 - 4.2)

Free T3 3.8 pmol/L (Range: 3.1 - 6.8)

- Free Thyroxine 15.9 pmol/L (Range: 12 - 22)

Autoimmunity

- Thyroglobulin Antibodies X 154.00 kIU/L (Range: 0 - 115)

- Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies <9 kIU/L (Range: 0 - 34)

Your vitamins all look good. Clearly you are already supplementing them.

What time of day was this test taken? Highest TSH is at 9am or earlier, fast for the test & no biotin supplement for 4-7 days prior.

The 2 most stand out results are low FT3 and raised Tg antibodies indicating autoimmune hypothyroidism. Likely in the early stages though andthis can last for years unfortunately.

Suggest you continue to test as described above every 4-6 months.
