BComplex

People on the site have advised me to get a good B Complex to take with folate in it. When I looked on Amazon there are so many different kinds. I want to buy the Igennus ones but don’t know which to buy. Also is there a company you have used and can recommend as I’m wary about buying tablets online.

I take just the one and find it enough as I also do B12 injections once a month.

Thank you. I do my own B12 jabs about every 4 days, plus the surgery ones, but my husband mainly takes B Complex as I have been wary of the B6 so hardly ever take them, as my B6 was extremely high. I also give you B12 drops 3000iu. I know there are B Complex without B6 or low dose B6 but they are expensive from what I have seen online.

I also use the sublingual B complex spray from Betteryou on occasions. It’s less irritating on my bladder than some tablets.
