A huge thank you to everyone who has kindly offered me advice on my post, I have just taken my 2nd InvitaD3 capsule 50,000 IU capsule. So pleased I joined this forum as you all understand what each other is going through as sometimes family don’t.

As the sun is now waining and my Neutrophils are still being suppressed by Peggy if thought of Vit D3 supplements. There is a lot of evidence vit D3 helps the immune system and there is also evidence MPN sufferers often have a shortage. Any thoughts in if it's worth while taking a supplement in the

I take 1 capsule of 800 IU Colecalciferol equivalent to 20 micrograms vitamin D3. Is this enough? My bone density continues to go down but I can't tolerate any of the meds given previously. Injections recommended but will be in my body for 6 months and fear side effects.

Hi everyone Dr prescribed for me calcium contains 400IU vitamin D3 for my osteoporosis , sould i take another 400IU because i think its not enough especially we are in winter. my vitamin D is 85 which is in normal level ? Thank you.

Test done at 8am before meds and no food or drink, same manufacturer and on 75mcg, take Vitamin D3. Can anyone throw any light on these issues please?

Anyone experienced high dose vitamin d3 with k2 (20k-50k once a week) and can you please share your outcomes? What would you do differently? How long for results, id applicable? yada yada Yeah, yeah, yeah, calcification aside!

My GP prescribed me a 6 week course of 1 tablet per week of very high vitamin d3 due to a low vitamin d reading of a blood test done on 23rd December after I told him how tired I was still feeling.

At the moment I'm taking vitamin D3/K2 (vit D was 47), I'm also taking selenium and zinc to try to improve conversion from ft4 to ft3. I would be grateful for advice about my iron levels and if I should start taking any supplements. Thank you for any help you can give me, Sabrina x

I have being taking a chewable calcium & vitamin D3 medication but because I hated the taste of it I was able to change over to a dissolvable version of calcium & vitamin D3 medication which taste much better!

just got some tests back Vitamin D3 (25-OH) 38.84 ng/mL "Adequate " range 30-100 - I am translating from Greek here... Ca 9.5 mg/dL ( range 8.2 -10.2) I have been supplementing uni-pharma D3fix plus K2 1200 IU D3 plus 45 mg K2 for 6 months.

I do take Vitamin D3, and magnesium. also Melatonin at night I did read that one is good for Kidneys also, anyone hear that about melatonin? thank you in advance..

I currently take 1280mg Omega3 with 2000mg D3 supplements daily is this good idea with PMR I’m presently on 7-1/2mg prednisone and tapering I dont eat fish. Also has anyone tried Omega 3 with Curcumin it’s supposed to help with inflammation I haven taken that yet just wondered if it’s good idea?

I take high strength vitamin D3. Recent bloods showed B12 (normal range 197-771) mine was 357. Folate (range is 3.9-26.8) mine was 5. New symptoms lately of low energy and motivation, tiredness, increased appetite, weight gain, disturbed sleep.

Actually remembered to take the above this morning (I was 75 in range last test) and thought I’d better check BBE and was horrified to see the date was 01/23! The brand is Nutravita.
