If I also want to test selenium, B3, B5, calcium, selenium, and vitamin k, I'd need to pay over 100 pounds for each with the exception of calcium that was only 59 pounds.

I take one or two small Brazil nuts every day because I have hashimoto and it was advised for selenium which is lacking in thyroid patients. I read of someone whose doctor told them they had high levels of barium which affects memory and the doctor had no idea how you can rid the body of barium.

Have also been taking B vits, Vit D, Iron, Selenium & Zinc daily. I have recently managed to lose a stone deliberately as a result of portion control and eliminating sugar from my diet, it may also be as a result of the added vitamins and nutrients.

I take calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, biotin with zinc & selenium plus Omega 3 (approved by Consultant ).
