Sex hormones results & more thyroid

Hey all,

I have an appointment with a new doctor (holistic gynecologist), he asked me for bloods.

Here are the results:

Estradiol 210 (21-312)

Progesterone 20.19 (1.2-15.9)

Total testosterone 50 (7-79) - still waiting on a free T result

Ratio P:E2 = 109

SHBG = 75 (19-155)

DHEA-S = 274 (75-410)

LH = 2.76 (1.38-5.47)

FSH = 2 (0.56-14)

Prolactin = 25 (5-26.5)

TSH < 0.008

Ft4 = 0.94 (0.7-1.48) 35%

Ft3 = 3.41 ( 1.58-3.91) 79%

ATPO = 523 (up to 5.46)

Sodium = 136 (136-145)

Potassium = 4.1 (3.5-5.1)

I am 40 yrs old, I am quite happy with the sex hormone results.

I'm having many thyroid symptoms, which are getting worse on a split dose of 1.75 Armour AM and 0.75 Armour PM.

Symptoms: hairloss, fatigue, tremors, swollen neck where the thyroid is, dizziness, lack of libido, dry skin, palpitations, since the split dose I can't sleep much, I still have 10 kgs weight gain, confusion, blurred out vision, breathlessness, housebound a lot lately, puffy face. Worst symptoms start at 2:30 pm every single day.

I had iron IV, ferritin high in range, blood glucose jumped to 115 today (range 70-99) despite healthy diet,

Vits optimal, supplementing for many years.

Cortisol responds to t3 treatment. Blood cortisol 11.1 (3.7-19.4) fell from 18.4 after the dose split.

Temps 36.9.

Cholesterol 262 (range up to 190).

I think my symptoms are due to thyroid. I even had an adrenal MRI, which came back clear.
