Hello everyone I was wondering if I am taking DHEA supplement which testosterone level should I monitor as well as DHEA-S level, is it total testosterone or free testosterone ? Clinic is not being helpful and also not very responsive as how to adjust dose etc. many thanks 🙏

PSA from the day before 3rd 400mg Testosterone shot on Transformer Trial shows a continued rise from 12.4 to 34.94. Is this considered a failure? A certain amount of PSA rise was anticipated due to the increased rise in testosterone and I'm trying to take it all in stride.

Questions: 1) I understand that ADT’s purpose is to significantly reduce testosterone shutting down the cancer cells’ food source. I also think I understand that the addition of Zytiga is to further eliminate any lingering testosterone.
