Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies X 55 IU/mL (Range: < 34)
Inflammation is down slightly
Ferratin level is up, and looking more . ptimal from the last advice I received from humanbean I will get a full iron panel done as I am supplementing
Folate is up very slightly fom last time, but is still low. Should I be looking at taking a separate folate supplement, as it doesn't seem to be coming up very fast.
B12 is up from last time (had taken a dive before that). What is optimal for b12?
Vitamin D has gone down a bit...I must admit I'm a bit ad hoc remembering to take this...need to do better. I take magnesium and vitamin k with this.
My current dose is 125/150 levo on alternate days, and 12.5mcg lio each day. My T4 is still a bit over range, so I guess I should reduce my levo to 125 every day.
As to my symptoms, my energy levels aren't great at the moment, and weight loss has completely stalled...once my t4 levels have reduced/stabilised, would it be worth looking at increasing my t3 dose a bit? Or could something else be effecting this?
Would be glad of some comments, many thanks

Ferritin can rise with inflammation. CRP (inflammation marker) is best as low as possible. Your CRP of 2.29 is showing some inflammation (possibly due to your Hashi's) so your true ferritin level might be a bit lower than that shown here.

Are you still takingThorne Basic B?
Did you leave this off before the test (because it contains biotin it should be left off for 3-7 days before any blood test).
Optimal for Active B12 is 100 plus. Folate would be better in double figures.
If taking Thorne Basic B then I'd suggest taking 2 capsules daily for a couple of months as suggested last time.

How much D3 are you taking? I would try and be consistent with taking it, especially during the winter months when we can't top up with Vit D naturally from the sun.

Last time you posted your results you were taking 150mcg Levo and your FT4 was 26.3 (12-22). I suggested then reducing to 125mcg daily, and I think this is what you should have done back then as your 12.5mcg reduction is still giving you an over range FT4. With combination Levo plus T3 you aren't aiming for your FT4 to be at the top of the range, you are aiming to find out where both FT4 and FT3 need to be to feel well and this takes a lot of patient, gradual tweaking of doses.

Don't consider increasing T3, it's already very close to the top of it's range. I think that at the moment it's possible you are nowhere near the right balance of T4 and T3 for you to feel well. I'm taking Levo plus T3 and I've had FT4 at 119.00% with FT3 at 90.27%, also FT4 at 77.00% with FT3 at 100.00% but I'm actually best when they're both somewhere in the 60-70% range. Some people on combo are fine with FT4 below half way through range as long as FT3 is over half way through range, it really is a case of just adjusting one at a time, noting how we feel and finding the right combination.

Thank you SeasideSusie , very comprehensive and helpful answer as always
Re ferratin yes, I suppose it may be because of my inflammation being down... I'll be doing a full iron panel anyway so will see if this gives any insight.
Re b vitamins, yes I'm still taking Thorne Basic B, and yes stopped taking a week before testing. I have been taking two tablets daily, but will continue this and will review again in 3 months.
I take 3000iu vitamin d, but I have just thought that I changed brands as my usual one wasn't available, so that could have made a difference too.
Sorry I overlooked your recommendation re reducing thyroxine dosage previously. I discussed it with my gp and he suggested reducing it by 12.5mcg as my energy levels are always my worst symptom, and I was concerned not reduce it too much and feel rubbish as a result. I am only 31 and struggle keeping up with my toddler as it is...
I am interested in your experience of feeling better with your levels not so high in the range. I guess the main aim is to get my t4 into range, and vitamin levels better and go from there...
