What dose Levothyroxine/T3 or NDT are you currently taking?

Have you been 6-8 weeks minimum on same dose?

Obviously you have been upping your exercise level with your recent walking.

Results suggest you need dose increase in Levothyroxine

TSH is too high

FT4 and FT3 too low

Both FT4 and FT3 are only 15% through range

No vitamin D, folate, B12 or ferritin test results

When were these last tested

What vitamin supplements do you currently take?

Vitamin D is too low. Aiming to improve to at least 80nmol

Are you supplementing vitamin D?

Or magnesium?

See SeasideSusie many posts about vitamin D

With level of 50nmol is likely to need at least 2000iu per day to improve level

Not just 1000iu 3 times per week

Suggest you get vitamin D tested now
