How do you feel on NDT and T3 mix ?

Better than on Levothyroxine?

TSH 1.28 - might still be a bit high.....obviously a lot better than TSH 7.68 in last test

FT4 - not tested?

FT3 - looks pretty good

Ferritin 25 (30-300) - clearly well under range.

What is GP doing about this?

Are you prescribed iron supplements

Eating liver or liver pate once a week, plus daily vitamin C may help improve iron absorption

B12 - not tested

Folate - not tested

Vitamin D - not tested

felling better on the combo

short of breath, fatigue, chest pains ect but thats the ferritin, (same symptoms as before) i do have ferrous fumerate here but can only take one a day at 10pm because of the timings with thyroid meds or i could move my 6pm dose to say 5.30 and take another iron at 9.30 before bed

or i got solgar gentle iron

not sure whats the best option

will have to call dr and see what they will do as i had to beg for iron when my level was 30, unless they are assuming im premenopausal as im 47

T4, folate, b12 and vit d were requested

im on metformin so my b12 is prob low i take b complex daily and 5000mcg b12 sublingual
