I got my recent blood tests back and the doc wants to see me. I think she might be freaking at the TSH result (She has prescribed me nature thyroid and thinks T4 meds are not good enough). She also said to bring in past results and if TSH is suppressed previously that's probably ok. But would like a reference to suppressed TSH being ok (I have Toft. Any other references?). Also any ideas on the Thyroid antibodies results?
Meds:
3 grains Nature Thyroid a day
10,000 iu Vit D a day
200g x Magnesium Glycinate a day
100mg K2 a day
Results:
Thyroglobulin antibodies: 67.7 (<20)
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies: 1294 (0-60)
CONCERNED SHE MIGHT THINK IM HYPER BECAUSE OF ANTIBODIES.
TSH: <0.05 (0.50-4.40)
FT4: 11.5 (10-20
FT3: 4.5 (3.5-6.5)
25 OH vit D: 104 (50-125)
Ferritin: 92 (6.9-282.5)
Serum Iron: 16.5 (9-30.4)
Transferrin: 2.5 (1.8-3.82)
Transferrin Saturation (calc): 26 (15-45)
TIBC (calculated): 63 (42-80)
vit b12: 623 (200-1100)
serum folate: 11.1 (3-14)
calcium: 2.29 (2.1-2.55)
magnesium: 0.79 (0.66-1.07
Below: Don't know what these are?
Luc: 0.08 (0.09-0.50)
Immunoglobulin - A: 0.34 (0.63-4.84)
LUC, IGA, TgAB, TPA AND TSH WRITTEN IN RED ON RESULTS.
Can anyone help? Any advice on how to approach the appointment on monday?

Seems to be a very enlightened medic - presume she is an endocrinologist! FT3 just at midway thru range( could be touch higher), but how do you feel? The 2 thyroid autoimmune antibodies just show you have Hashimoto's, nothing to do with hyperthyroidism. I would have thought she would have known about low TSH, judging from what she has allowed. But there has been some debate about how low it should be allowed to go ( see Jimh111 the other day- reply to Mozart's post I think). Assume you know about suggestion to go gluten- free, and monitor vitd,B12, folate and ferritin levels to upper part of ranges. No Vit D result, tho see you are on large supplement dose. Ferritin could be raised abit assuming you are of menstruating age( and female)... to 100-130. LUC/ IGA are white blood cell/ antibody tests, but not sure the if there is any significance if they are below range.
I am gluten free (though I make mistakes). Looked at old results and my TPA varies wildly! I put vit d in: 104. it was 34. So supplementing has helped and I can feel that. Still a bit fatigued though and difficulty losing weight (The usual). Im really interested in the Luc/iga and what it means as I looked up IgA and it was something to do with protein in mucose that effects mouth, lung, stomach and intestines. So wondering if absorption is the root issue. Of course dairy free would be the next thing to try :(. But yes info on luc and IgA seem to be if its high etc....
Having wifi problems at mo...just look jimh111 up thru 'members', then look thru his 'replies' I think day before yesterday..he was active in at least two posts, one I think by Mozart tho he of course might have been replying to someone else.....
