Advice on Blood testing

Hi, I need more good advice from the forum. I have been going it alone with my hypothyroidism taking Vit A D & K, B12 patches once a week, B12 tabs with intrinsic and B complex everyday, Vit C, Probiotics, inositol, gelatin and NDT. So much I can barley fit them in having to take some on empty stomach and leaving gaps between the NDT so not medicating regular, still very overweight and continuing with all my symptoms.

I am thinking of trying to get an appointment with Dr Durrant-Peatfield and thought it would be a good idea to take an up to date blood test with me. Can someone suggest a place in Central London that will take blood and provide me with results. Apart from TSH, FT4 & FT3, C, B12, D what is the test for hashimoto. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Hypogirl60 Blue Horizon do a range of ways to get blood tested, and they have a centre in London as well as using Spire, Nuffield, and home tests. Check out the options listed on ThyroidUK's testing page

You'll need TPO and TG antibodies tested for Hashi's. Look through the BH bundles, I'm sure you'll find what you want. If it's a home fingerprick test, which Dr P will be happy with, the Thyroid Check Plus Eleven covers everything

Thank you SeasideSusie.

What about a reverse T3 test too? Good luck.

Thank you Marymary7. I have booked some tests with Blue horizon.
