Not run for 2 weeks but couldn’t resist this morning.wk8r1✔️
Well I was going to try to wait until Monday’s physio session but this morning I just couldn’t resist the little patch of sunshine. And I tried out a friends advice. She has also been suffering with one sore hip and her dad asked her if she always did the same route. She said usually and he said maybe

Is it B12 deficiency
Hi I would like some advice about B12 deficiency. In October 2018 my B12 was 267. My doctor said this was okay so I didn’t supplement but then I started getting more symptoms of dizziness, severe dry eyes at night, 3 episodes of double vision and dizziness especially when standing up from bending over

Zinc tablets???
My 14 year old daughter has suffered Acne bad now for a year. She hardly ever goes out, she has no confidence. We tried many things before taking her to the GP. She has been on antibiotics tablets now 3 weeks. What I want to know is why it states you shouldn't take Zinc tablets with her acne tablets

New blood test results. Advice, please?
Hi all I’m a first time poster, but I’ve learnt a lot from this site already. Sorry if it’s a bit long. Feel free to skip to latest test results at the end. I am male, in my 50s, and I was diagnosed hypothyroid in Aug 2017. Hashimotos confirmed: Anti-Thyroidperoxidase antibodies AntiTPO (TPEX)

Magnesium
When I read Carolyn Dean's book The Magnesium Miracle, it was with an eye to osteoporosis and I didn't really pay much attention to magnesium's corrective role even in inflammation and other disorders. Now I'm reading the 3rd edition (read 2nd edition before) and although I'm not far into it I think

Travelling to US with Thai NDT - anyone done it?
Hello, I have Hashimotos and currently self treat with NDT due to poor care from my gaslighting GP. I'm flying to New York on March 1st, and according to the notes which arrived with my little boy's shiny new passport, I might have a problem. The advice is that, when travelling abroad, any medications

Possible causes of Ataxia
🙂 This is a ‘long read’ and may be difficult to interpret, but never the less it’s interesting. What processes can cause ataxia? The pathophysiology of cerebellar ataxias is as diverse as the various neurological and systemic diseases affecting the cerebellum. Broadly classifying ataxias into genetic

New aid ....to me!
Well, with your help, courageous Forum, I will start my 'scary' (to me) taper tomorrow. I'm on 24 methylpred and Actemra...and will drop off 8 mg for three weeks, then cut an addtional 4 mg for three weeks and so it goes....he is hoping I am off in 3-4 months...we shall see. I'd told him I'd be happy
