I would like to know why none of the countries affected do not give an advice on how to strengthen and support our immune system? many people know about vit C, D, Zinc, Tumeric, Ginger, but many don't. If nutritionists were allowed to inform people through the media perhaps some people would survive

CORONA VIRUS / COVID-19/SARS COV-2 And Some Potential Help
This seems like a good time to start a thread discussing the latest developments regarding SARS COV-2 / Corona Virus(CV-19). Given that it seems to move quickly to new areas that were previously unaffected, being as prepared as is reasonably possible seems to make sense, but is there really a good way

Slow and steady today
Last Wednesday, I developed really painful shin splints so I was unable to run or even walk properly for a few days. I wore my more comfortable trainers today and felt determined to do another 30 minute run but at a steady pace. My calves were quite painful at the beginning but the pain gradually reduced

Hi all, Just had my Dexa scan for my coeliac review and it's showing osteopenia. There was no sign of this whatsoever when I was diagnosed 4 years ago. My GP wanted to reduce my levo to 75mg as she believes my almost non existent TSH is a problem. I've refused this and explained yet again that it's

Can I have some help with results please?
Afternoon everyone, I recently had a set of tests done privately and would love someone's take on them. I fasted before my test and did it first thing in the morning (and left it 24 hours since taking my last dose of Levo). I stopped T3 two days previously after seeing my endo, who wants me to come off

Zinc lozenges
This comment was quoted on another forum: "Stock up now with zinc lozenges. These lozenges have been proven to be effective in blocking coronavirus (and most other viruses) from multiplying in your throat and nasopharynx. Use as directed several times each day when you begin to feel ANY "cold-like" symptoms

Vitamins & more supplements for hypothyroidism
Since many of us have to supplement, I was wondering if someone could pm me which brand they take. I use a UK brand -- starts with S ends with r (dear admins: hope that ‘s okay!) which seems good but it’s expensive ! I take Vitamin C, B complex, Folatin, Selenium. A combo for joint pain. Thinking

Having to go off NDT after several years and back on levo only - how to explain it?
OK, so I went off NDT and back on T4 only a few weeks ago, after suffering bothersome symptoms for several months, such as profuse sweating (waking up every morning in a bed drenched in sweat), racing heart, high blood pressure (treated with perindopril 10 mg daily, GP wants to switch me to beta blockers

Autism and the link with undermethylation.
I am not sure if this is an area that has been discussed in the past in relation to autism and it is quite complicated.. I have been researching the connection between histamine intolerance and Fibromyalgia, but also Aspergers which my son has. It has been confirmed by a select number of practioners
