I wonder if anyone can help me with my recent results?
My previous results 12/11/19
TSH 0.11 (0.25-4.0)
T4 21 (11-22)
Recent results 11/2/20
TSH 0.06 (0.25-4.0)
T4 27 (11-22)
I do not have a T3 result as my practice refuses this blood test.
I take 175mcg Levothyroxime
I have Hashimotos.
I also supplement with B12, Selenium, Magnesium, D3, Zinc as recommended by HU.
I’ve tried going Gluten free, didn’t help me.
I have recently been suffering with palpitations, feeling cold, tired, itchy skin and dry eyes, I know these are typical thyroid symptoms, but they seem to have increased?
Any advice will be great fully received!
I was considering reducing my Levothyroxime by 25mcg?

You need Ft3 tested alongside TSH and Ft4.plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Is this how you do your tests?
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies
Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
If you can get GP to test vitamins and antibodies then cheapest option for just TSH, FT4 and FT3 £29 (via NHS private service )
Thankyou for replying, yes I do follow the pre blood test protocol. I understand the importance of testing the FT3, I’ll need to have it done privately......just a little annoying after all the blood, sweat and tears the NHS has had from me over the years 😉
