Health Benefits Of Pistachios [Pista]
Pistachios [Pista] appear strange and delicious, and available almost in every store. Pistachio is the healthiest snack ever, which boost metabolism, lowers cholesterol and slows down ageing. They deserve a special place in our diet because of the benefits that we will gain if we consume pistachios

Magnesium marine
I have been taking magnesium marine tablets and up to last week I did not notice anything, but last week I felt like I had so much more energy and was sleeping better, I have got a fitbit now which I wear like a watch and it monitors how many steps I do in a day, calories burnt and my sleep pattern,

Zinc...chelated, gluconate or sulfate.
My zinc result is 10.0umol/L (11.0 - 24.0) I have looked at previous posts but none seem to mention chelated zinc which I always believed to be the best. What do others take and how much?

Recommendations for Gloucestershire based GPs
I have recently done a test for Pyroluria and it came back as strongly positive. This explains my problems with B12, low stomach acid, hypothyroid issues and many more issues. Before I can start treatment (B6, Zinc and a few other nutrients), I need to take some more tests and gets some advice tailored

Stomach Acid, B12 and Thyroid
Polaris posted an interesting link the other day which is getting missed. The article concerned was discussing stomach acid, b vitamins and thyroid. It was also discussing how PPIs block stomach acid production. Let's take this one step further - I don't produce stomach acid, I have low stomach acid
