after my TSh was 0.01, I actually did begin to rattle a few days later.. I've dropped from 4 grains to 3.. Now taking selenium, magnesium, kelp for iodine, zinc, vitamin c, & iron.. & boy within a few days I feel so much better... I underestimated these & believed NDT on its own would get me where I need to be.. Not the case!!!

vitamins/minerals are also essential for our wellbeing. Glad you are feeling an improvement. Sometimes we can go a bit overboard initially and 4 grains is a bit high, although some still need higher than that. 4 gr is equal to around 400mcg of levo so the fact that you've dropped to 3 and you feel better plus your supplements is great.
