My zinc result is 10.0umol/L (11.0 - 24.0)

I have looked at previous posts but none seem to mention chelated zinc which I always believed to be the best. What do others take and how much?

I went to see a Functional Medical Practitioner and was advised to take BioCare Zinc Citrate (17.1 mg). For the first month 2 x morning and evening then only 1. Hope this helps.
