Boost T3 conversion by up to 61%
Some US medics have shown recently that using vitamins A K And D have boosted T3 conversion by up to 61%. This work interests me as I have started a new version of a high quality vitamin pill with much higher doses of D3 and includes K. It also includes chelate selenium and zinc in sensible levels.

sharing a small positive
Disclaimer: I haven't been diagnosed yet, but endo is suspected. Just wanted to share some hope. I am on my period at the moment. The first day was the usual awful start; woke up at 1.45am by the pain, feeling like I'd been shot in the pelvis, stumbling around for painkillers and sitting in a hot bath

Too much NDT perhaps?
During the last year I've struggled to raise my NDT dose because i seemed to create adverse symptoms. However after about a year of taking various supplements for adrenal issues, I did get brave a couple of weeks ago and increased the dose by a small amount. Two to three weeks in, I seem to be tolerating

Am I having a flare-up or hypo not stable yet?
Hi all I was diagnosed with hypo in Jan 17', and found it was Hasi's in Nov 17'. In the year I have been slowly increasing my levo dose, and in Jan went to 100 mcg, which seemed to do the trick. Since middle Jan till now, I have been feeling a lot more like myself. In the last 2 weeks some of my symptoms

Frankly, the state of levo research is embarassing
https://www.verywell.com/hypothyroidism-often-unrelieved-by-levothyroxine-4114322 It does not take rocket science to work out that T4 does not at times convert well to T3. Why can’t the entire industry put their heads around how clients improve T3 conversion- magnesium oil, zinc , black cumin seed oil

Hello all - I’m considering T3 I posted a while back that I am considering using T3 as I don’t convert very well.
