Endo today..........
So I saw my Endo this morning. She is sooooo full on its like you get shoved into a washing Machine and then chucked out at the end! She is also lovely, said I was still very ill and she's not surprised I feel like such a wreck. As predicted she has 'upped' me to 150 of Levo and said she thinks I will

Supplements to reduce antibodies?
Can anyone suggest supplements that may help me in getting my antibodies down. I am following the Paleo diet and have seen various integrative GP's, but each one has given me a different list of supplements to take. (I am not happy about taking too many supplements!) I'm now feeling a bit confused

Low T3 and poor circulation.
Hello, I have recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto's, I am on 25mg of levothyroxine and my latest blood results are as follows. If my Free T3 is low does it mean that I need to increase the dose I am on? I have also developed poor circulation, with blood not coming to my toes and fingers, especially

Soy Oil in Selenium Supplement - Cause of Muscle Pain At Night?
I'm still learning about everything hypo and only just got a prescription from GP for levo, had BH blood tests which indicate Hashi's. So, in my quest to get me feeling good again and in anticipation of levo, I am like most people on here, looking at diet (harsh GF) and taking supplements to get levels

Progression of fibromyalgia-clear view of one source of pain after taking large doses of Magnesium.
I am a newby here but had fibro for 20 years and seen different forms it takes. I recently started taking magnesium excel (strong) because I could never find the same fibro tender points at anyone time in my back and because of disk degeneration. Within days all other muscular pain disappeared,

Hair loss with Levothyroxine
I posted a couple of weeks ago and had very supportive replies about my hair loss since taking Levothyroxine. I would appreciate it if you could look at my blood test results. Does T4 level matter when on NDT?
I recently had a blood test done at my health centre to placate my GP, he is concerned about my suppressed TSH. I just ignore him when he says anything, I have tried explaining that TSH levels are irrelevant when medicating but it does not sink in, though he does accept that I am aware of the risks and
