previous question but no feedback
I'm going to repost this just in case people missed it who might know Hi all, i've realised I probably need more zinc, now i'm aware that sweeteners can be a bad thing all the time but some of the supplements have no sweeteners but they do have microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol or magnesium stearate

Hi all, i've realised I probably need more zinc, now i'm aware that sweeteners can be a bad thing all the time but some of the supplements have no sweeteners but they do have microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol or magnesium stearate. Are these ok with Hashimotos? P.S I have now gone wheat, gluten

Diabetic Toothpaste ? Yes, you have read correctly , Colgate , the world leader in Toothpaste, now has launched a Toothpaste for Diabetes.
If you are using any commercial toothpaste , if you read through the list of ingredients , you will find a dozen of Synthetic chemical additives in it- some are preservatives, some are foaming agents, some are cleansing agents, some are dispersing agents, some are for flavour and many such things . But

My total test is ~1400 ng/dL naturally but my SHBG is ~130 nmol/L which brings my free test to only ~120 pg/mL (~0.8% of my total T) with albumin at 4.7 g/dL I'm supplementing boron, magnesium, vitamin D3 +K2, zinc, eating bok choy and 50% calories from carbs , 200g protein, 4250-5000 calories daily

Advice on Calcium Supplements Please
Two years ago I fell and fractured my wrist. A follow up dexa scan revealed osteoporosis. I was automatically prescribed Alendronic Acid which I fortunately refused as my astute GP noticed a high level of calcium on my bloods (it would have actually been damaging to my bones) and referred me to en endocrinologist

Hashimotos-Back to the doc
Hello, I am supposed to get another scan of my thyroid in April, I had an ultrasound in January and there was a nodule so the endocrinologist wants to make sure it hasn’t grown. Her assistant said she will probably order another round of thyroid bloodwork before then. Here are my thyroid results from

Feeling worse on NDT- should I change my dose?
I’ve just started taking NDT - today is day 5. I was on 100mg T4 and 12.5mg T3 before starting on 2 grains of NP Thyroid (one when I wake up, one early avo). I’m feeling awful- extremely tired, weak and my brain fog is much worse than usual. I know starting dose for NDT would be 1 grain but my doctor

Free ebook of 300 pages:"Parkinson's here and now. 27 years searching for a cure for Parkinson's disease (1994-2021)."
This coming Monday (if everything goes as planned) I will publish on my blog "Parkinson's here and now" the link to a free book of about 250-300 pages and in printable pdf format, which collects the most interesting of the book I published in 2015 (now translated into English) as a tribute to my father

Chapter 17. I dream of the revolution that must come... 2/2.
This is chapter 17 of a book I published in 2015, "A Different Way of Looking at Parkinson's. Almost 20 years of experience with my father's disease (1994-2012)" (only in Spanish). Although we have learned a lot more since that year, I think it can still be useful to most sufferers and family members

say goodbye to restless leg syndrome
Don't worry for restless leg syndrome. Add zinc rich food in your diet or zinc supplementation. Zincum metallicum homeopathic medicine works great in such cases.
