Zinc and Selenium balance
Hi All, just wondering how much zinc and selenium I should supplement to help with T4 to T3 conversion.. and can anyone recommend a gentle iron that won't make me constipated.? B12 levels are fine.

Hi.. My daughter is age 30.. She's been having a lot of symptoms for many years.. As I have hashimoto's I figured I'd get her a private blood test. As she has. A lot of these symptoms. Her gp only tests her tsh so I thought best to get the antibody tests and T 3 done.... Surprising to me it has come

Happy 4th of July fellow US Americans, and Good Day to my friends elsewhere in the world! I have questions for all:
Refresher: I have b12D Pernicious Anemia with autoimmune metaplasia atrophic gastritis. Recently diagnosed with deficiencies in zinc and copper as well and am taking supplements until in the normal range. B12 sublinguals have worked for me for a 3 years, but I have been taking much more just recently

Conversion issues or adrenals.

When i first added Cytomel I felt great, but since a few months I am in a stressful situation at home and I started gaining a lot of weight, eventhough i eat very healthy

My thyroid and iron panel results for interpretation please
Hello everyone, I recently got my results back and am quite confused. I'm still on 75mcg Levo. I'm 88kg. The GP didn't want to raise it last time we spoke (before coming onto the forum).
T4

TSH

Does everyone have low albumin levels?
A follow on from my low zinc result seems to link in with albumin which for me is also low and tied in with hypothyroidism... Serum albumin level (XE2eA) 36 g/L [35 - 50] Low zinc and albumin are linked with fatigue and hormone control / transportation...

Time and again I see recommendations that one should speak to an MPN specialist or someone else on one's care team - and I have a quiet chuckle and just carry on with my life. I am Coeliac around 2010 I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation and Essential Thrombocythemia; since then I have progressed

Does sore throat come with hypothyroidism and Hashi?
Hi All, I've had hypo for over 2 decades and manage it with thyroxine, diet, supplements and lifestyle. Never had any long-term sore throat issues, however it all started this February, when I went through a lot of stress, my thyroid went out of balance and I was struggling with increasing my meds

testosterone boosters after ADT?
I finished SBRT in September and a six month course of ADT in March. I asked my endocrinologist about zinc and Vitamin D to aid T recovery, and he said it probably wouldn’t help, but won’t hurt anything. I saw some “testosterone support” from Wieder at the store and am considering it. It augments

Hi all, I'm back with another request for your valuable input. I started levothyroxine treatment for Hashimoto's in February, and at my last review my GP agreed an increase to 62.5mcg (50/75 on alternating days). Things have improved in many areas - I seem to be back to a manageable level of energy in
