Hi all, i've realised I probably need more zinc, now i'm aware that sweeteners can be a bad thing all the time but some of the supplements have no sweeteners but they do have microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol or magnesium stearate. Are these ok with Hashimotos?
P.S I have now gone wheat, gluten, sugar and dairy free
also as another question does anyone have any advice on how to not keep losing weight on the above diet, I cant seem to stop having lost 14k in 10 months and am now only just above the medically unhealthy level
Many Thanks for any response

oh i should mention i have a swallowing disorder which means large bolus items are problematic like steak, I have to be able to turn it to mush before swallowing
i can eat chicken, fish, pate, soup, carrots, most veg, nuts (when i turn them to mush first) most fruits (not apples) lentils, gluten free wheat free sugar free and dairy free cereals (i have to soak them to make consistency 'well' consistent that's about all i know of
That way you don’t have any digestive problems as you do most of the work of the stomach before hand Do you drink black tea/coffee or plant milk
I found the taste of oat ,almond milk horrible. Drink green tea herbal or fruit tea and black tea.
So when I drink a milky it is a treat
You don’t eat meat at all
You are eating very healthily
You can go mad on deserts ice creams
I look at the desert trolly sadly and say no thank you. Being a diabetic is teaching me abstinence
I don’t smoke drink no drugs or rock and roll no partner too I wish I was a teenager in flower power days. Born too late ! If I did Then I can justify my boring existence
oh yes, i forgot meat.. i also eat chicken, beef very occasionally but its hard to get down, lamb when i can, yes right now I am eating I think really quite healthily.. but I am losing weight way too fast on this diet, which was my original question.. but no feedback on that from anyone so I guess no one knows
and also the sweetener question which also I've had no feedback on, so again I guess no one knows
